Arpin of Savannah is owned and operated by Charles and Kym Lange. With a combined 50 years in the moving industry, their number one goal has been to provide their customers with the best service possible. “We are able to do this through the extensive training of our employees,” states Charles Lange, “you are only as good as the people around you”, we are proud to say “we are above the national average for employee turnover in our industry.” Our employees are all screened by the van line and background checked prior to hire. All employees work with the owner at some point during their initial employment. Frequent company meetings are held to discuss all the basics such as appearance, attitude, and ability; as well as all of the most recent customer feedback and the latest trends in the industry. All employees have a say in the company’s direction and can achieve bonuses for excelling in different areas. From their first day, everyone is taught the importance of taking care of their co-workers, the equipment, and their customers.
